In the spring of 2024, I began collecting photographs of discarded bouquets to explore and capture the unique aesthetic of these seemingly doomed objects. Once symbols of luxury and celebration, these bouquets find themselves in unexpected environments far removed from their original purpose. In this unfamiliar context, they acquire a new form of beauty—a kind of fading pride.

Dead Flowers is an exploration of the contrast between the fleeting nature of life and the constancy of its cycles. These bouquets, once witnesses to both triumphant and ordinary moments, now embody the idea of transformation and renewal through destruction.
